Safety is our #1 priority. Please follow the guidelines below for photo, rehearsal, and showcase days:
- Sign-in & sign-out: Students must be signed in by a parent/guardian on arrival and signed out at pick-up. Late arrivals should report directly to a supervisor for check-in.
- Arrival times: Please arrive on time to allow costume preparation.
- Venue rules: Students may not leave the venue during the event. Backstage is restricted to staff and approved parent helpers only. No leaving backstage during interval unless directed by the showcase director.
- Belongings & costume: Bring only essentials. No mobile phones backstage or in changing areas. The studio and venue are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Ensure all costume pieces, shoes, and accessories are packed, labeled, and ready.
- Hair & makeup: Students must arrive with hair and makeup already done, ready to dress in costume. DO NOT wear the costume to the venue.
- Food & water: Supervisors cannot deliver food or messages. Students may bring small snacks or water if permitted by staff.
- Behaviour & attire: No explicit language, inappropriate clothing, offensive items, or criminal behaviour. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted inside; smoking must be away from others.
- Medical conditions & medication: Notify supervisors at sign-in if your child requires attention or carries medication.
- Photography & videography: Private recording is prohibited. Professional photos and videos will be provided for families to access.
- Emergencies: In case of emergency, follow staff instructions immediately.
- Pick-up: Children must be signed out by a parent/guardian. Notify supervisors in advance if someone else will pick up your child and provide their contact details.
