Important dates, rehearsal times, and the full schedule for showcase week.
Mandatory Attendance
All rehearsals during showcase week are mandatory. Missing a dress rehearsal may result in the dancer being removed from certain routines for safety reasons. Please notify staff ASAP if your dancer is going to be missing from any of the following.
Showcase Week Schedule
SUNDAY, 6 DECEMBER
Photos & Dress Rehearsal
🕓 Full day, start times varies on class
Full costume, hair & makeup for profressional photos and full dress rehearsal. Individual schedules will be released later in the year.
📍 Lithgow Venue will be confirmed closer to event due to availability of the church hall.
MONDAY, 7 – THURSDAY, 10 DECEMBER
Class Rehearsals
🕓 Regular class times
Class run-through at the studio. No costumes required. Please wear regular dance attire and bring all necessary shoes.
SUNDAY, 13 DECEMBER
Tech Rehearsals
🕓 9.00 AM – 12.00 PM, start times will vary
At the venue. Spacing and lighting checks. Costumes required, no make-up. Dancers will be dismissed once their routines have been spaced.

SUNDAY, 13 DECEMBER
Showcase
🕓 1.30 PM – 5.00/5.30 PM
The main event! Doors open for audience at 2.30 PM. Show starts exactly at 3.00 PM. Dancers must arrive with hair and makeup already done. Presentations follows directly after showcase concludes.
